Shipping Information

We offer FREE shipping for all of our orders over $199

We do not ship outside of Canada or the United States of America at this time.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Express. Shipping insurance is placed on your order and tracking information is provided. *DUE TO THE CANADA POST STRIKE WE ARE USING PUROLATOR AS A SECONDARY COURIER*

Once an order has been placed it typically takes 7-14 days for your order to process and be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is sent out.

In-Store Pickup

If you have chosen to pick up your order in-store you will be notified as soon as your order is ready via phone call or email.

Pickups at our store are done by APPOINTMENT ONLY! Failure to make an appointment may result in not being able to have them fitted/adjusted at the time of pick up.

Once an order has been placed it typically takes 7-14 days for your order to be completed and for us to contact you, if you have not heard from us and it has been over 14 days, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee the quality of our frames and lenses 100%. If you are not satisfied with your eyewear we offer a complimentary exchange within 7 days of RECEIVING your order.

If an exchange is not possible, and you would like to return your order please note a restocking fee of 15% is applicable.

In cases of returns, re-lens, and exchanges, your return or exchange will ONLY be processed once your original frames have been returned to Jimmy Mac Eyewear.

Jimmy Mac Eyewear is not responsible for return shipping. Please mail back your glasses to: 4053 Albert Street, Regina SK S4S 3R6 Canada

Jimmy Mac Eyewear is not liable for the replacement of lenses in cases where incorrect prescription or PD measurements are provided. In cases where the information provided in the order is incorrectly imputed by the customer, the customer will be required to pay a re-lens fee to correct any errors if they so choose to do so.

The above stated exchange policy ONLY applies to orders placed online as in-store orders may be subject to different policy & terms defined at time of purchase.
